Description & Application: 

World famous "South Sea Island" black pearl shell. These unpolished shells have a natural exterior and may have an irregular lip. The species is native to a wide geography from the Indian and Pacific Ocean, through to California and The Gulf of Mexico. However, these un-worked shells have been sourced from Cultured Pearl farming.

The shells are ideal for arts and crafts and for shell grottos.
